Review on Kadaon USB Numeric Keypad - Convenient 18 Key Number Keyboard for Laptop/Notebook PC by Christopher Williams

I've only been able to use this keyboard once since I bought it, shortly afterwards the specified keys stopped working. I put off returns because I hate returning Revain items, it takes forever to even get a response and in most cases you never get a replacement. Now that I was past the return date I decided to open it up and saw that a couple of conductive plastic areas had burned off, most likely a short circuit around those bunched buttons. I've cleaned the burn marks and wiped the plastic, but still no luck. Except for these, all other buttons work perfectly. TL:DR - I received a keyboard with faulty/poorly soldered internal parts but never got it back in time.
