Not even remotely intuitive design

installation was easy, I'll give it to her. Plus it's terrible once it's in place. And what's worse, they only include an installation guide, not a printed copy of the user manual. You have to download it so there isn't a neat little copy you can hide in the glove compartment for the poor guy to borrow your car and try to figure out how the stereo works. Having spent a lot of time in different rental cars, I'm aware of how many different touchscreen stereos work. It's so far from intuitive programming and use that I'll assume that anyone who borrows my truck will either need a personal guide, or at least have me turn the radio on and off. Unless they get very close or have very keen eyesight, they won't be able to see the microscopic imprint of one of the menu "buttons". Since my truck doesn't have steering wheel stereo controls, you'll need to know where to look for the volume controls (again, microscopically labeled), and the setup is mediocre at best. Adding preferred phone numbers means either scrolling through what was in my case a very long list of contacts imported from my phone (not a "transitional" alphabetical list, you have to scroll through the whole thing), or you can type the number enter manually. which means there's no way to add a name or even put a hyphen to make it more readable. You will receive 5552221212 instead of 555-222-1212 in your favorites list. Time will tell if Android Auto or Car Play features work as well as I know. Overly complicated to the point of absurdity, this block appears to be specifically designed to be difficult to use. Big disappointment
