A friend of mine had one of these handlebars and when I tried them out I was amazed at the difference between them and the standard cheap plastic rollers. It turns very easily thanks to the ball bearings and the rubber grips are ergonomic. This thing won't leave you no matter what part of your body you rub. This makes myofascial relaxation practically effortless! My girlfriend also loves it because it makes the massage so much easier. Some have mentioned that the rubber bar rips out leg hair and the like, but that wasn't a problem for me. However, this should be taken into account if you have particularly long hair on your legs that can tangle on the handlebars while riding. Note that the bar will leave a rubber pattern on any part of your body that you rub for a few minutes. It may sound silly, but I was surprised the first time!
