I had a $300 UClear and various wired helmet earbuds and this is the first device I have that is too loud at full volume. I bought it for its dual connectivity to replace UCleaar but I'm so glad I did. I not only get the desired functionality, but also a significantly better sound quality. As far as I can tell, this is the cheapest device available that can connect multiple Bluetooth sources. I use it for phone + ham radio and it's perfect. The music level on the phone is automatically reduced when there is radio traffic, which is what I wanted, automatically. The fact that it has audio in the port is also another bonus, although it's not used at the moment. I find + and - a little hard to find with gloved hands, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
