In spite of the fact that LANGZHEN claims to be a one-stop store for all of your fashion requirements, I did not find the quality of their products to be very high. The latest styles in clothing are poorly constructed and won't last, and the jewelry pieces and shoes don't stand out in any way. In addition, their customer support is unhelpful and slow to respond to requests for assistance. To make a bad situation even worse, their return policy is complicated and calls for a significant amount of work on the part of the consumer. I will not be returning to LANGZHEN for any of my shopping needs, and I strongly advise others to seek elsewhere for high-quality goods and attentive service.
