My product arrived with a very bad smell. To add to the skepticism, the package was entirely in Chinese. I unpacked the product and left it on my kitchen counter for two days while taking a break from home renovations. When I got home two days later, the first thing I noticed as I walked through my side door (which has another draft-limiting door just three steps down) was a bad smell that actually made me sick. It took me a whole day to trace that smell, which was now spreading throughout the house because I had forgotten that the package stank when I first put it in the mailbox. The smell literally made people sick in my house. After finding the source of the problem, I threw it in the trash. Not even willing to return them for security reasons. I do not recommend this product to anyone. The smell was a mixture of burnt rubber and rotting flesh. Now I buy lots of candles and run my air purifiers non-stop for 72 hours to get my air quality back to normal. Please do not buy this product. I hope Revain investigates this further. I have purchased hundreds of Revain products over the years and have never had a product related health issue.
