Used cuticle nippers

Advantages: - sharp - blades are aligned - blades meet at the same time along the entire length - good locking mechanism Disadvantages: - one blade is longer than the other - blades are curved - the spring is about 10 times stronger , what you need. I wasn't sure if I should give three or four stars but I chose four because at least the blades are aligned. So many other wire cutters and clippers can't even get it right, so this is a four star device.
