Will not fit Pilot 2011 without modification.
As another 2017 Honda Pilot buyer mentioned; The dimensions are the same as the 2011 Honda Pilot, but the fins are not positioned correctly and will not fit into the body without modification. Also, there was no airflow direction marking on the filter. Overall, if you customize it, it looks like a good product for the money.
