Received 1st stove by paying $50 to install 3 burners worked 1 burner didn't work. I called Gasland and they told me it was a factory defect and should be sent back for an exchange. Sent it back to AMAZON and they immediately ordered a new one, they were great. Received the 2nd disk, it was installed, luckily I wasn't charged for the installation. But the cooker wasn't seated properly as we noticed the foam gasket had worn away, apparently it was a demo lodged in the cutout. My husband went and bought a new foam gasket for $6. The oven fits like a glove. Then I felt a sharp mark on the front of the oven as if it wasn't fully closed. I love the stove but am concerned and upset that it is a $500 stove. I don't want to send it back, the stove hasn't worked for 3 weeks. Gasland has a problem with a product and needs to review items shipped to customers.
