I purchased this item to organize my closet (shirts, scarves, hats, etc.) and it does the job.Pros:- It's decent enough so that the clothes inside won't weigh it down.- It was easy to assemble.- Frosted look lets you sort of see what's inside. (You'll be able to see the color of the item okay. Not so much for the shape.)- Optional door to keep the appearance neat and keep most of the dust out.Cons:- You get what you pay for. This is thin plastic, not solid wood. It should hold things okay, but I wouldn't put heavy crystal vase or anything.- Opening some doors causes the one adjacent to it (either the door above or beneath) to open too. >> This isn't a huge deal for me as this is in my closet and I may not open the specific door often, but nevertheless, it is a minor annoyance.- Not a con, but something to note: You open the door by using the round hole on the door. So this is not going to keep things from air, moisture, bugs, etc.Like the picture from another reviewer, I think this could be a good solution for crafters to keep yarns, etc. Do I personally rave about this item or dislike it enough not to buy it again? No. Overall, the products works for what I purchased it for. But the next time I need to purchase such an item I may or may not buy it again, depending on whether I can find something better than this.
