The ability to use multiple databases with one system makes this software easy to learn, manage & track evidence in real time.

I have been able to solve many issues that were previously not solved by other programs or services we used prior to implementing E/M solutions at my previous organization. It has taken some getting used too but once you figure it out its pretty straight forward using all of their features. There are certain functions within the program which can be difficult if you aren't familiar wtih them so make sure you ask questions when trying something different because there may very well be an easier way than what they think! We're solving our issue of being unable to keep up wth evidence management needs while still keeping things secure as possible without overloading resources and having people work overtime just to get everything done.
