I love that it has many features to help us organize our evidence. It also helps keep track of all our evidence, which makes it easy to find what we need when we are writing reports or requests. Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate through the program, but once you get used to it, it's not too bad. I think that this program could use an update. The ability to use multiple databases with one system makes this software easy to learn, manage & track evidence in real time. I have been able to solve many issues that were previously not solved by other programs or services we used prior to implementing E/M solutions at my previous organization.
