No problems with this product in our house. This inexpensive humidifier works much better than the previous one which cost three times as much. The old one produced almost no fog and actually had condensation on it. Understand, there are no problems with condensate, no problems with leakage, no wet floors. Just nice soft air to breathe. It also helps that it retains so much water that we don't have to top up the water every night. It was a beautiful morning last month when we woke up with no dry throat/nose during the current dry, hot California summer. & I mentioned this thing. looks adorable in any room!?! In my opinion, it's better than the standard blue and white humidifiers that contrast dramatically in much of the decor. Just not this one. This tawny owl sits quietly and unobtrusively in a corner and simply does its job. Very quiet I must add.
