Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

I want to tell you my personal opinion about Sony WH 1000XM4 Canceling Headphones Phone Call. - Noise reduction on 3+
In general, if it were not for problems with charging and fear of SONY services, everything would be ok. I do not really favor this company, I have a lot of negative experience. But the convenience and, most importantly, the sound here are very worthy.
In the photo I am a happy owner, brought them to the SC.

Pros

- The sound is excellent. The sound is very subjective, but here it is just to have fun. This is not monitor sound, but entertainment. All genres sound great, the balance is perfect, I didn't even touch the eq settings. I like everything. There are still focal spirit wired monitors and parrot zik 2 wireless ones and an English hi-fi monitor audio system in use, as a result, in comparison, I am completely satisfied with their sound! - Connecting to 2 devices is convenient - Control on the headphones (buttons and sensor) is convenient - Connect quickly - Very light - Good complete kit with everything you need

Cons

- A month later, they stopped charging, now we'll find out what the SONY service is - The transparency mode is very weak, you have to strain straight to hear what they say (in parrot zik 2 this mode is twice as good) - Microphones are bad, worse than in parrot zik 2 and as a result not very suitable for voice communication - They have a 360 mode, like 3d sound, all this is pampering, it would be another matter if these headphones were connected to the PS5, but no, SONY do not want to make a healthy eco system.
