I like how easy it was for my clients who were traveling out of state or even outside country borders when they needed their services as well being able to communicate via text messages! The cost can be costly but if your willing then this service helps keep costs down during an emergency situation where there may not always have access to traditional medical help in person. Sometimes texts don't send correctly which makes communication difficult at times especially since some areas do use different cell phone carriers than others. If used properly these could really benefit businesses both large & small alike!! Texting has been very helpful while away from home due to work schedule changes etc..
