Review on Vibrant and Versatile: Loew-Cornell Simply Art Watercolor Pencils 18 ct. by Barbara Simmons

It's a decent product but I'd say it's only really good for beginners. Because the mines are very hard and you have to work more with the paper. I've tried various techniques, my favorite being the wet pencil brush before painting, which seems to work best for this product. Overall not bad considering the price. I think if you're starting out and unsure about investing in watercolor, this is a great place to start. If you use them, I would suggest getting a Lowe Cornell Simply Art palette and using them as your primary and secondary colored pencils.
