Good for hand quilting
I find hand quilting relaxing, but I don't have room for a quilt frame. I was used to my mom's extra large knee tires but couldn't find them online and was wondering if they were big enough. It's big enough and actually makes it easier to reach the entire area I need to stitch at once. It moves easily by unscrewing the lever to loosen it and then tightening it very securely without pulling too hard. I like to "give" the surface a little when quilting. Its thickness and inner edge make it very secure so the fabric never slips. I am making a king size quilt and it is very successful.
