Review on 🍳 Duxtop Professional 17-Piece Stainless Steel Induction Cookware Set with Impact-Bonded Technology by Jaime Thomas

We have just received these items and they look very good. We've only used it once for scrambled eggs. The pan was preheated and we rubbed it with olive oil. We cook eggs at a lower temperature. They didn't burn, but it took a bit of effort to clean the pan, but it wasn't too bad. This was to be expected. Three stars due to the fact that the medium pan had a few scratches on the inside bottom and the size of the large pan was disappointing. This is a 10" pan with a 7" work surface. We had a 10 inch kafalon with our old set that was at least 8 inches tall. We expected it to be bigger I think. Another point I didn't pay attention to are the measurement marks, but they are not engraved, but a kind of overlay, and they are only in the metric. The lids feel terribly light for a supposedly higher quality product. Overall we are so happy with them that we won't be going back until we start using them more often. This is a great looking set and looks and feels like good quality. We also love the large skillet. Not sure what the difference is when the fairing is only on the bottom and not on the sides (like All Clad). We didn't want to spend twice as much on All Clad, so we tried to move up to the next price point. We looked at it and one of the cuisinarts. The kitchen set was highly polished and had no glass lids. Remember that there are 17 items here, but actually 3 utensils count as part of 17. The meat and potatoes in this set are 7 utensils. We currently have 3 stars until we have time to find out how well these items are performing over time.
