Review on Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle by Viswanath Badasz

Very disappointed with this frying pan. I bought a hard anodized Anolon pan a few years ago and absolutely love it! After using it for many years I decided it was time to replace it so thought I'd order another one. The new one is much lighter and thinner (see picture) and not quite flat (curve shown in photos). I've tried it and tried it once on low to medium heat with just a plastic spatula and it already has scratches and marks (see photo)! My old one took years (and abuse of non-stick spray) to show up stains/scratches, but the new one is already scratched. So disappointed, thought the quality would definitely be better than this one (especially based on my previous one). I think I'll have to look for a better brand now
