It's easy enough for an average person with little training or experience in accounting/bookkeeping, but also has advanced features if you are willing put some effort into learning them (like creating your own formulas). I have used this program at least twice now as my employer transitioned from Excel spreadsheets through Access databases all way up until PDAs were introduced by Apple years later when it was already too late! The transition took several months of work because so much had been built over such long periods that needed updating before we could begin using our new system properly again; however they did eventually get us there after many hours spent troubleshooting issues due mainly be bugs which made no sense even though code analysis revealed nothing wrong about those functions themselves other than old design decisions being outdated - not something anyone can do anything without doing things like these anyway since everyone else does likewise unless one writes custom routines specifically tailored just right instead every time. That said once everything worked great I love the fact that it has all of the functions I need to run my practice. It is easy to use. I don't have any dislikes. I would like to see more of an online community for the group. I would also like to see more training. I am able to track all of my appointments and billing. I am able to send emails to my patients. I am able to keep track of all of my patients.
