Purchased for a 2006 Chevy 2500hd. The item fit perfectly. After putting everything back together, I started my truck and the air conditioning went cold and fast. My air conditioning hasn't worked this well in a long time. ***Installation Tip*** The best way to disconnect the old part and reconnect the new part to the fan motor is to take out the entire fan motor as the connector is near the firewall. A resistor of this particular design was not available at any of my local auto parts stores. The stores only had a resistor with a 7 pin connector, not this resistor with a 3 pin connector. The only other place I saw this resistor was on eBay and it was from Hong Kong, China. Estimated delivery date was 2 months from date of purchase. It can't be that I lived in the Southwest corner of America for 2 months without air conditioning. Thanks Revane for delivering this to me in a day!
