I can't get the gate to work
Am I doing something wrong? I ordered this product for our fireplace to protect our little one. He came with no gate attached and no direction. There is a silver screw and a small piece of plastic, but whatever configuration I try to attach it in doesn't work. It climbs too high and comes out of the little nest it should be in. I would like to receive recommendations if there is a solution to my problem. Aside from the totally non-functioning gate, this seems like a good enough product. In my opinion, the goal is simply very important
