Review on Maxx Air Deluxe MaxxFan 00-07500K with Remote Control - Smoke by Sean Davis

TLDR: Wait five months for replacement. The product did not work out of the box. Customer service doesn't care. I bought this new fan from Revain to install in my RV where I live full time. Got the infamous Maxx Air voltage warning error (constant beeping and auto shut down, read the forums) in less than a month of use. A professional mechanic checked the electrical system, no issues and within Maxx Air recommended voltage limits. Maxx Air was contacted on February 13, 2021 and responded within days that a replacement had been ordered. Fast forward 13 emails and 5 months later no replacement was sent until 6/9/21. I live full time in North Carolina, it's hot as hell and this "quality" product from a "respectable" brand let me down from the start. Do not purchase this product if you cannot tolerate the same experience.
