Review on OTC 4523 Stinger Offset Clamp by Quinton Wonsley
This tool works with Circlip Pliers
Used on the 2004 Ford Taurus Lower Radiator Hose. The band clamp is in a tight spot and difficult to remove. It took a bit of effort to unclip the clip, but it worked. The clamp handles on the end of the tool could be a bit smaller which would make clamp removal easier. In the end it worked.
