. follow the instructions for use. I personally prefer to hand wash all my US items (no scrapers!). They bake evenly and are firm. I have both sized muffin tins, 8" and 9" square muffin tins, as well as a baking pan that can be used to roast veggies. I threw away all my old so-called "non-stick" pans with it. That's how much I love โค๏ธ this brand. I also started giving them! ๐ ENJOY!
