No problems with this unit. For me it's only kept at about 5 feet from the pond. works well with Wayne PLS 100 1 HP pump and 100 psi 1 inch black tubing which I use. I drilled a few 1" holes in a 5 gallon bucket to set it up so it wouldn't suck up silt and vegetation from the bottom of the pond.
