I installed this on my 1997 F-350, 7.3 Powerstroke. It requires a little modification but will work great for this application. It does an excellent job of keeping the oil out of the intake manifold. I would recommend opening a faucet every 500 miles just to see what oil is coming out and adjusting accordingly at more or less frequent intervals. Don't wait until the 3000 mile oil change, you may find more oil than you expected during an oil change.
