Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Enhance Suspension Performance with Monroe MA834 Max-Air Adjustable Shock Absorber by Jeremy Sabey

Revainrating 1 out of 5

DON'T WASTE TIME!

JOKE! They are so poorly made that cheap air lines will not hold air and fittings and o-rings will come out of the plastic nuts when we try to add air. I hit 90 pounds of air and then the o-rings blew. Blow that one out, add air again, and then another o-ring will blow off. The shocks themselves might be fine (if you can ever get the lines to hold air), but MONROE decided to build them cheap and leave everything up to the buyer. plastic fittings. I mean, the nuts are plastic, the tee is all plastic, and even the Schrader valve is plastic. For a few bucks more, Monroe could supply brass fittings and then I wouldn't have to return the crap. Spent 3 hours removing shocks, installing new Monroes, then spent an hour fixing all the air leaks only to succumb to the idea that it's BAD quality at best. Then I had to remove the Monroe and reinstall my original shock absorbers. Remember the old adage "You get what you pay for"? Well it proves! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Monroe should be ashamed because it's disgusting quality control and engineering. GO GABRIEL! Buyer Warning. If you want to spend 3 hours just being royally PO'd - this is the shock you should buy because it will leave you angry and completely frustrated.
