Quality product for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

I was confident in the quality of this product when I fitted it to my previous truck but I was also confident that fitting would be a difficult task nonetheless providing the necessary fittings and other equipment was included and apart from being in place the job was really quite easy. Thank you Monroe!

Good dampers bad fittings

I gave them three stars mainly because the fittings are so cheap. Took just over 2 hours to work and they were fairly easy to install but removed the inflatable nozzle by hand tightening. Haven't road tested it yet but will be changing some of the hardware to brass instead of plastic so they will last longer.

Be Commodity NO Warranty

Installed these shocks on my truck in October 2018. Went to Virginia for a cargo trailer. When I checked the pressure before installing the trailer, the system was at zero PSI. Attempts to inflate the shock were unsuccessful and I assumed I had a leak in one of the air line fittings. I noticed that the passenger side shock absorber had a cracked membrane. They had less than 1000 miles and never a load on them! I called the 1-800 number provided by Revain and called Tennico. They kindly informed

2012 GMC CC SB 4x4 Monroe MA834 Installing Max-Air Adjust Shocks

So far the only issue I've had has been the length of the air ducts so it's a good thing I ordered a Monroe AK29 shock Air Hose Kit (Adaptor Kit) Monroe AK29 Shock Air Hose Kit (Adaptor Kit), from the extra lines I was able to properly route the air lines from the shocks along the frame and away from the hitch and spare wheel. I installed them a little over 2 weeks ago and it only took about 4 hours some of which was trying to route lines using only the lines that came with the kit. Works…

DON'T WASTE TIME!

JOKE! They are so poorly made that cheap air lines will not hold air and fittings and o-rings will come out of the plastic nuts when we try to add air. I hit 90 pounds of air and then the o-rings blew. Blow that one out, add air again, and then another o-ring will blow off. The shocks themselves might be fine (if you can ever get the lines to hold air), but MONROE decided to build them cheap and leave everything up to the buyer. plastic fittings. I mean, the nuts are plastic, the tee is all…

OK for the price good for parts

I installed them on my 2009 GMC Sierra. Installation wasn't bad, took 3 hours. I know some reviews said it could be done in an hour, but I have to assume they worked in a garage with an elevator and power tools. I didn't go much faster between loosening rusty bolts and crawling under a truck to lay pipelines. The air lines that came with the shocks were long enough for my setup. They gave me 10 feet of line and I used 6. The shocks held the pressure for about a week and then they snapped the…
