I like how easy it is for me as an admin user with little experience with CRM systems or software to be able to upload leads into this system without too much training required.

It's also relatively inexpensive compared to other options (Salesforce being one of them). The UI could definitely use some improvements - there are lots of features we cannot utilize because they don't seem intuitive enough to make sense. This has been our main tool for creating new business opportunities and managing current ones since last spring when we started using it more actively again after stopping several years ago prior to moving away completely from traditional sales methods back then.
