Non-OEM quality but you won't notice any difference in appearance. Either way, I wasn't expecting OEM quality for $36.99. Decorated the front of my 328i Sport at a great price. Easy to replace and install. Goodbye. Good equipment. I just hope it survives the Arizona sun. The time will show.
