Review on Canson Heritage Watercolour Pad Sheets Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies by Sasha Hsiao

Better than I expected!

I usually use Arches paper for my watercolors, but I've heard there are some aspects of Canson heritage that I need to be aware of. i love this paper There is a lot of glue on the surface, so the paint is easier to lift off than Arches. The downside of external sizing is that the paper dries a bit faster, but if that's what you plan on doing, it's not a big issue. general experience. You have to use a good remover like rubber remover, not a finger or an eraser, and not be crazy with pencils, but other than that it works really well. The paper will warp a little if you use a lot of water, but the sizing allows the paper to flatten out after drying if you leave it well fixed to the cardstock or pad until dry. For a cold pressed paper the texture is very nice, not as rough as Arches and much better. than some cheaper papers. Nothing good or bad here, just something to note. While this will not completely replace my bows, there are definitely some circumstances where this paper would be best suited for a specific task.
