Review on MSI Optix MAG342CQR Curved Gaming Monitor with 1500R Curvature, Pivot Adjustment, Adaptive Sync, and 3440X1440 HD Resolution by Dave Stewart

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Games must be! in my rating

This monitor exceeded my expectations. Easy to install and use. I have never owned or seen an underwater monitor in the past and have also experienced a 144Hz refresh rate. I was skeptical about the aspect ratio based on my Twitch streams and YouTube videos, but now there are workarounds for almost everything! IF you have a PC that can run games at 3440x1440 at higher framerates, I highly recommend checking it out. Even if not, being able to work with resolution is at least a bonus as the games look BEAUTIFUL. Color accuracy/brightness is very important to me and this monitor delivers that whether it's SDR or HDR. Tuning in this area is easy as you can do it with a monitor OR there is software available for seamless tuning. The price of the delivered product couldn't be lower, since they contacted MSI for the first time, they made a great impression. .At the moment I have not found literally 0 faults in this monitor, and all its strengths are listed. Switching from a 24-inch 1920 x 1080 monitor to this was the best gaming decision I've made in a long time.
