Not waterproof, one is now blinking

One of the capsules appears to have condensation and is now blinking. I redid the wires going to the cube and nothing has changed. Know that this is not a power issue as the other is working fine. Good flashlights but the weather ruined them and I can't use them anymore because the flash is too strong to drive on the road.
