I bought this because I had a narrow-necked glass bottle for tea that needed a long-handled brush. I used an OXO brush which was perfect except for the shorter handle. The bristles on this brush are so incredibly hard that I can't clean well with them, and when I pull them out of the jar's narrower neck, they scatter soap flakes all over the counter. wall and such. I know it sounds weird and easy to avoid, but the handle is so long that it's difficult to tilt it in a direction that doesn't spurt foam everywhere from the stiff bristles as they flex out of the bottle. It also discolors very easily. Really painful to use.
