First of all I ordered one like this a year ago. It was perfect. But after a year in the wine service business, your wine key tends to wear out. So I bought another one. What came was not what was sent to me a year ago. The worm was very thin and the tip was in an awkward position. When I screwed in my first cork, I realized something was wrong.
