Had to upgrade. Except myself now! I contacted Wahl and they sent me a new set. Took it out, oiled these actually cut so i was happy cut my 3 boys hair first day of use and the blade comes out its useless honestly i dont even know what to do at this point i am attaching a video rep wahl sent me a video for straightening of the blade. Really? Spend $50 and fix it right away? Very disappointed. Doesn't cut hair at all! Ordered despite some negative reviews and hoping for the best. The blade on the first one ordered was terrible. It looked used and old when opened also crooked and jagged. I read all the instructions and oiled it very carefully before using it for the first time over and oiled. liked the combs so I really hoped it was an accident. I went back and ordered a new one. The second set was the same! I liked the guide combs so much that I just kept them and reduced my losses. I bought a $40 set of Wahl clippers at the store and used them with combs. Same problem! I don't know if Wahl has changed how they make blades or what the problem is but I have 3 boys and they have been cutting them for over 10 years. These are the worst I've ever had and the cheaper shafts I've bought before have been better. Very disappointed I cut their hair to save money and it cost me over $100! They literally just tear their hair out!
