These tires look great when fitted .Very good quality, they are not fat baggy and fit snugly around the hoops.They have two grommets to keep them secure with an elastic cord behind the hoop.They don't always need to be stretched but I had a hit midway through in high winds so I usually fasten them when I use them. It's a bit inconvenient because you have to crawl on the ground under the car but I don't know the best way to fasten them. Even if they're not fastened , they still look good and work well.
