durability is excellent. I wore this band for three years before writing this review. I have worn this band in all activities from training to beating the engine bay and cockpit to working with cars and working in the yard. My watch is my EDC and I needed a strap that would keep up and protect the watch. I've just ordered my second strap and the only reason I'm replacing it is because the small loop that holds the strap's extra "tail" broke. That's all. After three years of daily use, this little strip broke. I definitely got my $20 and look forward to three more years with the new one.
