Review on ๐Ÿšด Enhance Your Cycling Experience with the Tranz-X Kitsuma Dropper Post featuring External Routing by Kyle Rodman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works as advertised

For a budget dropper this works well. gave 4 stars. there is always room for improvement. The only problem with it is that it makes a "ting" noise at the top end of its stroke. for example when the M1 Garand spits out its magazine after the 8th round. I'm pretty sure this can be solved with some kind of internal buffer. I needed an external 170mm for my old hardtail. One ride down so far. I don't expect any issues with it, but if there are any the 2 year warranty should cover that. I suspect that Tranz-X also made a dropper for my DB release 29. From what I've found, it's a Taiwanese OEM and I'm sure most of the sales are on the OEM side. I also bought their lever/cable set. Installation was easy. Now someone needs to find a clean way to attach cable housing to frames without cable lugs. Update: April 9, 2021: The pillar has started to have internal metal-to-metal contact at the end of its movement. Trans-X provided the return shipment with proof of purchase within 24 hours. After confirming the return, they had new mail at my door within 72 hours. Excellent customer care. Thanks Brandon
