Sandmarc has a good product here! Background. I ordered this extension to use with a GoPro camera in the water. I couldn't find any other extension that was waterproof at this length! However, I used it for about 3 weeks before I had some problems. The adjustable wrist strap has become detached from the handle and the extension with handle was no longer tightened or held together. I ended up wrapping the strap around the grip and gluing the stem pieces together, but both issues left me wondering how secure the pole would be afterwards, especially with an expensive camera on the end. This upset me because I thought I had a good find and the product worked so well for the time I was using it! I ended up contacting the manufacturer to see what they could do for me. Not only did they answer my questions within 24 hours, but they shipped me a brand new rack by the end of the week (no additional charges, no shipping costs, nor did they ask me to ship the faulty rack back)! Although I had some difficulties with the product in the beginning, Sandmarc has great customer service and solves your problems quickly. I 100% recommend them and will use their products again!
