Falling apart and dangerous

There are several places where the item is not assembled properly, creating holes for your bird to get caught or stuck in. There is open foam which I think the bird will chew on over time and if he/she eats foam he could get sick or worse. 🥺😭😭 I almost think so! On a note. Already before
