I started with 1 tablet, increased to two (200mg) a week later and then increased to 3 (300mg) at night before bed. I've read studies and they say you may need up to 700mg. That can get pretty expensive. I have serious sleeping problems. I have ADHD, GAD, PTSD and depression. I don't really notice a difference, but I'm close to phasing out. I think I'll figure it out one way or another. But at the moment I can't say excellent or not. You might as well eat a taco, despite the difference it makes.
