Best platform for reaching out directly to customers
The best part about this tool is that it allows me to reach out directly to my customers who are looking for answers or seeking advice from someone they know, trust and respect. I also enjoy how easy it is to create surveys in order to find new leads, as well as existing ones! There's not much I dislike at all; however there could be more customizations available such as additional questions. We use this software to help our clients get their problems solved by trusted professionals with knowledge of the product.
