I ordered two separate same size motorized blinds for over $900. After installation, I did not find batteries for two remote controls. Also, no instructions were given on how to connect the remotes to the blinds and I finally found instructions on YouTube. After installing both shutters I had no way of determining if the shutters were working or defective as I didn't know the exact battery type for the remotes and the time it took to get a working remote from the dealer. Checking the functionality of the blinds would certainly result in the goods not being able to be returned within the 30-day (return) period. Since I ordered 2 of the same products, it seems that someone also decided to send me a defective remote control, as one of the remote controls that I received had some black cement stuck to the back. I was able to grab a working remote control from each of the different locations and found that the blinds were fine. However, my assessment may change for the better depending on the seller's reaction to the advisability of acquiring another remote control. Such expensive products require vigilance in quality control. The next observation I found was that one of the curtains would not retract and eventually stopped responding to remote commands at all, even after charging the battery for a full day. I contacted Yoolax and informed them of the issues. I have also reached out to Revain as my concerns have increased due to the high price of the items. I was P/O and wanted to return my entire order for a full refund. After admiring the working curtain, my wife convinced me to change my mind and ask to replace the non-working curtain, which I did. I received a timely response from Yoolax advising that they will replace non-working items (1 blind and a remote control) free of charge and I do not have to return damaged (non-working) blinds. Although I have not yet received my replacement blinds, the response I received coupled with the vigilance of the customer service department compels me to raise my stars by 1 (to 4) as I feel they are doing their best to solve the issue and satisfy your customers. Very good business practice. I should receive the replacement item within 2-3 weeks, after which I will check again. such instances should not result in an overall biased assessment of the product. I plead guilty to quickly jumping to a preconceived notion about Yoolax Blinds. Today, August 4th, 2020, I received a replacement parasol from Yoolax and installed it straight away. I also received an additional remote control, as well as instructions for installation and remote programming. Overall, some bugs were fixed quickly and I'm a very happy customer. Yoolax has built customer loyalty with both me, their support team and everyone else responsible for such a quick resolution. You deserve the highest of all stars and since the limit is only 5, you deserve it. Many Thanks
