This is a large bamboo comb (feels like wood) with wide tines. He feels very strong. I don't know why but because of the bamboo I felt like it wouldn't be as durable. Well, so far so good. It is best to use a wooden or bamboo bomb on your hair, especially when it is wet. Bamboo is better for the environment. Using such a comb and grooming will help reduce hair breakage. I already have one for my hair and have chosen this wide tooth comb for synthetic hair wigs. This comb works great. It's also quite large, not so easy to carry around unless your bag is very large. It is also available with narrower teeth instead of a wide tooth. I am very impressed and very happy about it.
