Purchased to relieve an occasional sudden bout of my son's bike anxiety (falling). I let him choose the color (election/independence) and said he was like an iron man. I picked him up, put him on the bike on the grass and pushed him. He was happy that it didn't hurt, so we tried to fall in the mud and then fell on the sidewalk on purpose. Armor 100% coped with its task and fell for a couple of days. Now he is not afraid to fall and considers himself an orange iron man. Pros: Good coverage, working and tested. Cons: Velcro straps are too long. My son, almost 4 years old, fit in but with extra space and a belt. It slips a little, not much. No big deal, just a little buggy. After a few months it got bigger and its position was pretty good but with more straps added. However, it is recommended to wear knee pads with straps medially inwards, causing chafing of the opposite pad and legs when walking. I put the left on the right and the right on the left to decide. But in the few minutes that this happened, you can see the fuzz he took off in one of the pictures. Not a big deal, eventually they'll break anyway, but annoying nonetheless and the labels aren't well thought out.
