Feedback on shipper, not product

I know it's hard to find help these days, but the sandable product, which MUST be air and liquid tight, went in a box with another loose, heavy other item to lay beyond the bounds of ignorance. Obviously the function of the dispenser is totally destroyed and crumpled cups most likely won't close well, but that remains to be seen. I'll probably try to find a replacement because it's just ridiculous.
