Review on Shinken by David Cook

I am using shinken to monitor my servers, it's very convenient for me because i can check status of each server in one screen through GUI interface without typing any commands myself.Also by adding alert rules we are able create our own notifications when there is something wrong with certain configuration or file which need attention.I also like that fact about its user friendly GUI where you don't have too many options but just few buttons. The only thing could be improved if they add more features related to alerts such as emailing us when new rule has been created etc. But this product does what it suppose to do! It helps tracking all aspects from single machine level up to entire infrastructure including web application/database stack itself.It will help administrators keep track everything with ease of use dashboard feature so everyone within organization knows how things work at moment time.
