I just bought this a month ago! Spent twice as much as my other humidifiers - for my zoo - and the rest still works! This is a short video of how it is off, but the power light is on and off? It doesn't stay on - it's still sparkling clean - that makes it worse! I hope the seller will replace! There will be an update on how customer support is handling this. I raise chameleons and other reptiles that rely on moisture, so I need to stock reliable products!
